REFERENCE: PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATION FOR BUTLER DEAN CONSTRUCTION LTD.
To whom it may concern,
This letter is written to provide a recommendation for Butler Dean Construction Ltd. who I had the pleasure of working with at our Coastal village Project located in Squamish, British Columbia. While assigned to this project, I worked closely with both Mr. Michael Dean and Mr. Arran Butler who spearheaded their forming operations.
During the phases of the project Butler Dean provided a clear flow of activity that included having the appropriate number of workers onsite and the delivery of formwork and materials on time. Butler Dean on the Coastal village project worked in many areas of formwork including, concrete stairs, slab on grade, suspended slab and vertical walls for elevator core and foundation walls. All committed dates for finishing work were met and work was completed safely and with respect to Mierau Contractors safety Policies.
We would not hesitate to undertake another contract with Butler dean on future Aprojects as we are confident that they can perform and complete on time and on budget.

Dave and Arran Butler have made the on site construction on of cooperation, teamwork and workmanship despite the very difficult weather conditions. Our site superintendent, Stefano, has been more than pleased with their work.

Britannia Construction & Design Ltd recently contracted the services of Butler Dean Construction Ltd for the Layout, forming, steel reinforcing, placing and finishing of the foundation walls and slab on grade at the new fire hall in Britannia Beach (2010). The contract was on a fixed price basis. Not only did they perform on time and budget, their work exceeded our expectations. They were a pleasure to work with, required no supervision and the final product is outstanding.
